How Bad Do You Want It?


This blog post is all about the video below, and it keeps me consider about my whole life.





After watch this video, it makes me think back years ago how bad I want to succeed, to be a very successful person before I step in the age of 21. Time passes so easily and fast, 2 years has passed and I am still at the beginning. Every time when I wanna do something, something that I love, I will put all my effort in but just some times, something is pulling my back, perhaps I already knew what is it.


The old man  : When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath and you will be successful.

What the old man said was the best motivation for me to go all out just to be successful. I always think of doing stuff that will change my life and perhaps succeed in my life.


50 cent : Sleep? Sleep is for those people who are broke.


Oh Mai God!  I love to sleep and will always sleep if I have free time. After these years, I realize about something about being successful. You have to sacrifice! You have to give in order to gain! No pain no gain! PHD is the most matter in being successful, which P stand for PAIN, H stand for Hunger, D stand for DESIRE, this is what my friend told me 2 years ago and right now he is a very successful person. If you know me, you will know who am I talking about.

There is a whole lot of story back that and I guess I will pass all that for now. I and heading to the gym, to get what I want. 3 months with 6 months result. It's one of my goals to achieve before June 2012!

Justice League : DOOM

I just watched Justice League : Doom and it was the first time I love watching super heroes movie beside The Avengers. It's a 76 Minute movie but I hope it's longer, cause when I watch, just don't want it to end so fast. So I can watch for about 2 hours at least. =)



Sypnosis : 
Justice League: Doom is a loose adaptation of Mark Waid's JLA story arc, "JLA: Tower of Babel" wherein the Legion of Doom is formed to eliminate the Justice League using protocols created by Batman to take down the group should its members ever go rogue. The movie was adapted and written by Dwayne McDuffie shortly before his death in February 2011, and is directed by Lauren Montgomery. It was released on February 28, 2012. The film dedicated to Dwayne McDuffie.

The film features these DC heroes : Batman, Superman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Cyborg, Ma'alefa'ak,

My Favorite Green Apple Juice

Body Express Fitness Club Spartanz Tough Enough



Here come the review of the second week of SPARTANZ TOUGH ENOUGH CHALLENGES at Body Express Fitness Club. I had been invited there last week, 25th February for the preview. Photo below is the info of the game that day.




Do you remember the movie 300? By going through this is actually how they gain all the muscle and tough body in a short period, just about 3 month if I not mistake. I'm sure right now you're wondering how are they going to get it in such a short period. So keep reading.
