The commonly known inventor of the Bloody Mary is an American bartender named Fernand Petiot who probably invented the cocktail at a bar named Harry's in the 1920's. Bloody Mary is one of the most complex cocktails in the world and it is the perfect combination of spice and tartness.
Serve in Pint Glass ( 16oz )
Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- 4 dashes of Tabasco sause
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 4 ounces tomato juice
Preparation :
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass and roll back and forth to mix. Strain into a large goblet or pint glass three quarters filled with ice. Garnish with the lemon and lime wedges on the side plate.
